Are you having trouble logging in?
Don't panic.
All you need to do is enter your HARDcard number minus the starting 0's (for eg. your card number is 0000077, just enter 77) in the above field.
You will then be sent an email to your University of Canterbury email address, just follow the instructions in this email. Make sure you have checked your STUDENT email account not your Hotmail or Gmail!
Please use the contact page if you still can't log in and need help, please include your HARDcard number.
Remember your HARDCard Number minus the starting 0's is your USERNAME when trying to log in.
