Terms and Conditions of this offer:  

1. This promotion is run by CLIC Car Insurance Limited (“CLIC”).  CLIC is owned and underwritten by AMI Insurance Limited (“AMI”).

2. CLIC offers $20.00 (inclusive of GST) worth of MTA gift vouchers for each new vehicle insurance policy purchased from CLIC during the period of this offer by any holder of a University of Canterbury Students Association Hard Card discount card (“Hard Card”), where: (a) the customer purchasing the new vehicle insurance policy mentions this offer to the CLIC representative attending at the time of purchase of the new vehicle insurance policy; and (b) the customer provides the CLIC representative with his or her Hard Card number at the time of purchase of the new vehicle insurance policy.

3. This offer ends on 30 June 2010.

4. This offer does not apply to the renewal of any existing CLIC vehicle insurance policies, or if the vehicle insurance policy is cancelled or lapses and the Hard Card holder re-insures the vehicle with CLIC.

5. This offer may not be used in conjunction with any other CLIC offer or promotion.

6. Standard CLIC policy criteria, terms and conditions apply.

7. The MTA gift vouchers will be posted to customers not later than 15 days after the new vehicle insurance policy is purchased from CLIC.  CLIC and AMI will not be liable to any person for any damage caused to the MTA gift vouchers, or if the MTA gift vouchers are lost or go missing, after the MTA gift vouchers are dispatched for delivery to the winner.

8. CLIC and AMI staff and agents and their immediate families do not qualify for the offer.

9. CLIC and AMI reserve the right to withdraw this promotion without notice at any time.

10. The MTA gift vouchers are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

11. Standard MTA terms and conditions apply to the use of the MTA gift vouchers.

12. AMI and CLIC may provide details of the name and address of the customer and the Hard Card number provided by the customer to the CLIC representative at the time of purchase of the new vehicle insurance policy to the University of Canterbury Students Association, together with confirmation that that customer purchased a new vehicle insurance policy from CLIC and the date of purchase of the new vehicle insurance policy.
